1. Shipping Process
After purchasing your By, Raye pieces, a confirmation email will be sent to you. We will now start preparing and get ready to dispatch your pieces - this will take 2-3 working days. An email containing the dispatch details will be sent to you after we have dispatched the pieces - your new adornments are on their way!
2. Shipping Methods
By, Raye offers both Normal Mailing and Registered Mailing for all customers.
2.1 Normal Mailing
Normal mailing does not come with any tracking numbers and we are not liable for any lost mail sent through normal mail. This shipping method comes with an additional charge of $1 for orders below $50 and will take 2-5 working days to reach your destination.
2.2 Registered Mailing
Registered Mailing comes with a unique tracking number that can be tracked on our partner website. This shipping method is highly recommended to prevent any lost mails and comes with an additional charge of $3.50 for orders below $50 and will take 2-3 working days to reach your destination.
Both registered mailing and normal mailing is offered by Singpost.
Free registered mail is offered when you spend a total of $50 and above in our store.

3. Inaccurate Address
Contact us immediately at with your order number and new address to be changed.
Return & Exchange Policy
By, Raye does not do returns or exchanges for the following:
- Change of mind
- Didn’t like the item
We only do returns and exchanges for the following:
- Damaged items
- Wrong items sent
The following will not be considered for damaged items:
- Color differences; due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colors shown in the photograph may not correspond 100% to those in the item itself.
- Size differences: There may be a deviation of 2-3cm due to different production batches.
